Coming to America (Part 3)

Well, I made it out of London, and I think I'm headed in the right direction.  Now for a brief layover in Montreal before finally entering America.  I've had dealing with Canadians before, and if there is one thing I do know about them, it's that they're both rich and totally insane.  Which is a great combo when you're interested in making lots of money.  And I started getting ideas as soon as the plane touched down at the airport...
